Attendance at the meeting is limited to the elected members of the CCREC, Republican officials, and their guests. Others may attend only  with the prior approval of the CCREC Chairman or the Executive Board.

The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., and will adjourn upon the completion of the agenda – possibly before the 8:30 p.m. estimated ending time.
